Individuals
Discover personalised guidance to connect with your feelings, manage stress, and navigate life’s difficulties with confidence. My one-on-one sessions help you develop a positive outlook, enhance your overall well-being, and find balance in the midst of life’s demands.
Schools
Empower students and staff with tools to navigate challenges, manage stress, and foster emotional well-being. My mindfulness programs help schools create a culture of understanding, connection, and resilience, supporting both academic and personal growth while promoting a positive outlook on life. I can lead staff meetings with suggestions on fostering an environment of wellbeing and provide relevant knowledge to pass on to parents or individuals who are concerned about their children's mental health. I support the creation of wellbeing initiatives put in place by schools. I am available to work with classes both primary and post-primary, delivering child-centred wellness programmes.
Workplaces
Transform workplace stress into productivity and positivity with mindfulness and positive psychology. Together, we’ll focus on managing anxiety, enhancing well-being, and building resilience to navigate professional challenges, fostering a healthier, more connected work environment. I deliver general or corporate courses, designed to suit the needs of the client.

Testimonial
Mary's visit to our school was very beneficial and informative. Her former career as a primary teacher, together with her qualification in mindfulness and positive psychology, meant that she had great knowledge and experience in the area of wellness in a school setting. Mary's proficiency and recommendations were very useful in suggesting strategies for promoting better mental health in both students and staff. She also shared valuable information which can be implemented by parents in the home. It was a most enlightening and enjoyable afternoon.
