'Learning to Live a Mindful Life' with Mary Fleming

Hi, I’m Mary, a former primary school teacher with a passion for supporting well-being and growth. The majority of my teaching career was spent working with children with additional needs, where I developed a deep understanding of the importance of mindfulness and emotional resilience.

Building on this foundation, I qualified with a Diploma in Mindfulness and Positive Psychology with the Irish Mindfulness Institute. I also completed a Kids' Yoga Teacher Training course with Ganapati School of Yoga. Today, I bring these skills to individuals, schools, and workplaces, helping people of all ages reduce stress, build resilience, and create positive, thriving environments.

Whether you're a parent, teacher, or professional, I’d love to help you or your community find greater calm, focus, and joy. Together, we can create meaningful change—one mindful moment at a time.

Benefits of Mary's Teaching:

  • Understanding your thought process
  • Connecting with your feelings
  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Navigating life's difficulties or challenges
  • Developing a positive outlook on life
  • Enhancing your wellbeing
