Hi, I’m Mary, a former primary school teacher with a passion for supporting well-being and growth. The majority of my teaching career was spent working with children with additional needs, where I developed a deep understanding of the importance of mindfulness and emotional resilience. Building on this foundation, I became a qualified mindfulness teacher for children and went on to secure a diploma in mindfulness and positive psychology. Today, I bring these skills to individuals, schools, and workplaces, helping people of all ages reduce stress, build resilience, and create positive, thriving environments.
